Can't update processing times - etsy not replying - what should I do?

I have been trying to change my processing times for weeks but keep getting a sad face error message saying 'We could not update your profile'. I've tried from incognito and different devices so it's not a caching issue. I was finally able to find a way to email etsy support (they don't make it easy!) but am getting no reply. Does anyone have any advice, a phone number or chat link they could share please? Thanks

@Greenili Did you try to set up a new profile and apply it to all your listings?

If you have Chat and it's available, it's a link on your Dashboard.

You can't just go into each listing and change it? With only 18 items, it shouldn't take too long

There is no phone number. The chat link is only available during certain times, and not available for all sellers.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have the chat link by any chance? I remember I chatted to etsy a few months ago for a different issue so I'm guessing it's available to me, I just can't find it. 

I change my processing times regularly so it's not convenient to change each listing individually.

Edit: I just tried to an individual listing and that doesn't work either, the submit button just shows an endless loading circle and doesn't change

I am also having this issue. It is only on delivery profiles that are set to a custom range of 1-2 weeks that I cannot make any changes too or duplicate. All other delivery profiles are working fine & I can make changes too. I have tried going onto the individual listings and editing that way but it just wont save.

I have 4 profiles each with 20 listings in so very time consuming to create new profiles and link each.

Etsy have no answer to help other than suggesting i delete my cookies etc. I have tried on many different PC's, iPads & other devices.

@EtchTwentyEight  did you delete cookies?  On all devcies?  

It sounds like only one profile needs to be deleted and reworked.  Leave the others alone,

It's a processing time frame not delivery.    I think I found one and the dates look right for 1 to two weeks.

What exactly do you want to change the processing time frame to?
