missed messages

Hello! 

My star seller was removed for late responses to messages during the month of July. The dates that were given me, I actually had no messages at all that day. There were 3 messages in question, and all 3 were on July 26, I had no messages sent to me that day. How can we resolve this?

Check your star seller stats for that month , this will show you which messages you missed.

PS you do know its all first messages dont you , so seller and buyer messages ( if you buy through your account too )

I downloaded the star seller messages and on July 26 it showed 3 messages weren’t answered until past the 24 hour period. I didn’t receive any messages at all on July 26

@MamaJoDesign: If you basing this on the CSV file from your Star Seller page keep in mind that the dates / times in the file are in UTC not your time zone (your shop Home Page does not show your location so cannot help you with the offset).

The CSV file will tell you who the messages were from.

@MamaJoDesign: The CSV file also contains a link to the actual message so you can double check what the alleged missed new thread was.

The CSV file can be messed up too, they were saying I didn't respond to my own message LOL.  I had to go 3 months without being a star seller because of Etsy's mistake.
