Your payments are fine.

They are wanting you to give them your email address (DON'T)

They are wanting you to give them your banking information (DON'T)

They want to scam you (don't let them).

Paying is between the buyer and Etsy. If they can not get the checkout to work there is nothing you can do. They need to contact Etsy to resolve. Do not reply to any email message as this is how they scam sellers.

Ive just checked your shop and added something to my basket and you have all payments available . 

This looks like one of two possibles , this is the start of the buyer trying to SCAM you , by wanting to take this off Etsy ( DONT ) 

or the buyer has problems with payment options .

Neither are your problem

That is one of the latest scams. Scammers are a bit out of control on etsy for the past month or so. They have even created fake etsy support profiles and fake etsy pages.. See this thread for more info and links to photos of some of the fake pages.

Send messages to spam and move on. It is NOT a sale if it isn't in your orders or on your dashboard.
