minimum sales exceeded but still saying minimum not met.

Does anyone know why, on the star seller badge page, when the minimum is 5 and I have more than exceeded that number that is still says pending and you haven't met the minimum?

If you just met the thresholds, then technically you don't qualify for Star Seller until August 1st and will probably continue to show as pending until Etsy does its month end calculations for the period of May 1 – July 31, 2022.

i'm not sure, but it looks like your store is new, you can't get a star seller status before 90 days from the first sale, correct me anyone if im wrong.

Your first review is in mid June - if you just started in May or June, you won't be eligible  until after the 90 days.

I see trouble ahead for your new shop - you cannot use any of the Armed Services to sell or promote your items.  I suggest finishing your shop - about page, policies, etc.

Using prohibited names can get a shop shut down very quickly, get you put on payment reserve and then shut down.  I know it's a bummer, but you really need to read the rules for what you can sell here.

Hey There!

The review for the star seller badge will only begin 90 days after your first sale. If you met the minimum orders and sales but your first sale is still not 90 days old your star seller review will still be pending. You can learn more about it here.
