There seems to be a 'glitch' with messages (since 10th July) where after I send a message to a customer it 'vanishes' and isn't present in the reply box on my dashboard. When I double check, weirdly it HAS sent the message but doesn't show on my customer dashboard. Anyone else experiencing similar?

Having said that, I got a little nervous a short while ago after Signing In. Went to Messages a short while after Signing In; *They would not load (completely greyed out).
- Went to Listings Page * bulk selected items to make them Manual Renewal (after the glitches wouldn't let me & others bulk edit. I tried it as a test). *This was successful today
- Went back to Messages and they loaded perfectly. Don't know why they initially greyed out. (Perhaps residual something or other fr. the past few days).

@PillowDetails Kathie, what I don't understand fr. the "Updated" Admin Announcement I posted above. Admin ampersay said a Team is looking into why Messages appear to be disappearing (but they're really there, latched onto older Messages).

*Is it definitive and a done deal that this is intended behavior (for Messages to latch onto OLD Messages fr. past Orders)?
If it is, that doesn't even make sense in my opinion. And I can see where Sellers could get Messages mixed up pertaining to this or that Order.
@ChillwolfArt Sounds like it's intended to be this way, but Etsy realizes it's confusing so their Team is working on making it more clear. Somehow. At some point.

I just now encountered this new messages glitch. Buyer ordered 6 buttons... but placed 6 separate orders. I just want to send her a message that I'm combining shipping and refunding the overages. But I can't... because... yet another glitch.
So I did an awkward workaround.... Went to the buyers profile and sent a message from there. Thing is, it probably won't be associated with the order. Gaaaahhh!!!

Maybe it is related. Look up to the Admin Thread "Fix in Progress". (link is posted under Seller SewlyButtons).
Hope this is fixed for you and everyone soon.
