I did not receive the star seller for July due to missed messages. I checked my messages and one of them appears to be reporting incorrectly. I chatted with James at Etsy support and provided a screen shot of the message in question, another screen shot of the associated message report, and the associated order number.. He let me know I need to submit my issue here. I don't have permission to upload here so haven't included them. I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Deb
The help desk has no ability the change/edit anything dealing with star seller. We are only other sellers here and can't help you.
I asked him about that and he told me Etsy monitors the forums, I'm trying to be optimistic and hope that someone from Etsy will take a look for me.
