message response times aren't working

There are 2 of us answering all messages withing 24 hours.  No message has EVER gone unanswered for more than 24 hours.  Update my Star Seller info.

I'm having the same issue. It says my response time was 83% but I've answered all messages within 24 hours if not immediately

Did you download the CSV?

Etsy won't update your SS and probably won't see your message here or reply to it even though on the help pages it states to post here.
It won't do any good.

Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum.

Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period.

@RudyTuesdayDesigns @OwlysWaysideNest : Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for November Star) to see which new threads Etsy thinks you did not answer with 24 hours?

When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not. Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.

Unfortunately Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats. However they have sometimes been able to correct errors in the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).
