hello, i have had two customers message yesterday to which i replied super quickly to and this doesn't seem to have updated my score, i'm so close to getting the badge, anyone help?
@Nuttmeggdesigns: If both of those were the first message in a new thread, they will not be considered until after the 24 hour reply window has passed and then it may take an additional day for the stats to update.
