Hello everyone
I bought supplies for my shop from an Etsy shop in India.
The seller sent the item without tracking according to Etsy, and after I asked many times seller gave me some tracking which there's no info about it in any site I tried, but somehow seller succeeded to add some tracking info in Etsy and it shows my package was delivered to a different address in another country than mine.
The seller doesn't answer. No answer also in Etsy help center chat. No option in my country to ask for a call from Etsy.
If I will open a case Etsy won't refund although estimated delivery time passed, just because item is marked on Etsy as "delivered"- but as I said it was delivered to another address in a different country.
How can I get my money back?

and it's now more than 48 hours
You should be able to open a late - if not, try NAD - not as described, tracking number shows delivered to wrong country
if that doesn't work, do a chargeback

If you can't open an Etsy case you could try calling your bank, explaining the situation and requesting a chargeback.
