Hi Etsy support,

when I try to access various advice suggestions in my shop dashboard, it refers my to the Etsy Forum and I get above message. Can you please help and sort my privileges out for me.

I've had that happen also. I just waited a while and it came back as normal.

Thanks NanaLetha. Unfortunately it is like this for months now. Never really bothered, but now there is some information (Save on postage for your Christmas orders with Royal Mail! Check out Christmas discounts and new delivery services from Royal Mail for Etsy sellers.) I can't find more anywhere else.
