I have 2 cancelled orders that have been stuck in my que for a year and wont delete it keeps my stat as having overdue orders and this is incorrect. I also have auto responses set and manually reply to orders if I get notifications on the app. Sometimes I don't receive an app notification (i have to login on my laptop to see them) and auto reply doesn't work. Please advise.
