Client has received delivery but cannot leave review, as tracking says not delivered. Can I change to delivered? Thank you.
@MulaBlossom Buyers cannot leave a review until the day after the last day of the estimated review period. Delivery no longer opens the review window. You can contact Etsy to ask them to update the tracking, but it won't open the review window.
The tracking has nothing to do with whether or not they can leave a review. The review window opens the day after the last expected delivery date. If they go to their purchase, it will tell them when they can leave a review.
