incorrect star seller badges

Hi,

I have earned all 3 badges of star seller, but it shows only two badges on my shop.

Hello @SaidDesign,

 

We've double-checked your Star Seller for the previous review period and it appears that you didn't received the badge for the 5-star rating. It is possible that you're checking the current review period. Please know that the data that determined your Star Seller for the current month was on the previous review period. To check your previous performance, you can go to Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > Last Review period.

 

@DovetailWoodworksLLC, we've checked the order that has affected your On-Time Shipping and we can confirm that it has been shipped after the stated ship-by-date. We recommend double-checking your On-Time shipping for the previous review period. You can download a spreadsheet of your shipping history, including late and/or untracked orders, by going to Shop Manager > Star Seller > Last Review period > select the ‘Download’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.

It did not calculate my shipments correctly for this star seller period.  I should have star seller right now.

@DovetailWoodworksLLC It is impolite to add your own problem to another person's thread. You are missing the Shipping on time with Tracking. You need to look at the Shipping CSV report to see which Orders did not ship on time or did not have Tracking which Etsy can follow (using the Aftership database) Remember the time used on the CSV is UTC time, not your own local time.

You are missing the 4.8 Average Rating for Reviews

If you count the reviews between 01 August and 31 October, you have 35 Reviews which total 165 Stars (2 x 4 Stars, 2 x 1 Star, 31 x 5 Stars). Out of a possible 175 Stars you received 165 Stars

165/35 = 4.71 Average which is below the 4.8 Average to receive the Review Badge
