How do you know they are sending emails?
I get answers from the people and I can see them in my sent folder
even the scammer sent a message and 2 photos during my conversation with a targeted seller
Your post is confusing. You have 2fa but were hacked? Usually that does stop but is not perfect.
Chat cannot help and there won't be a speedy response. You need to contact Etsy via email.
What to Do if You Suspect Fraud in Your Etsy Account – Etsy Help
There is a button at the bottom to contact support.
Also run anti-virus and make sure you are working from a clean device.
my message was for herr moustache, not for chat;hope a faster solution from him as I said
@passiflorawhite: "somebody is sending fraudulent emails from my account" This sounds like your eMail account may have been compromised. If your Etsy account was hacked they would only be able to send fake Etsy Messages not eMails.
If the hacker sent emails then you would not see that in your shop. Change your email address.
I can see them in my shop and I didn t sent them myself
actually,I think it s easier for the criminals to pass over etsy security by impersonating legitimate shops;so,is it so easy to hack our accounts?shouldn t esty invest more in security?never happened this with my bank cards
