Recently, I noticed that getting an email when I make a sale, or, when I purchase postage has been sporadic, iffy, spotty, and sometimes... not at all! Has something changed with Etsy on how they do this? I've verified that my SPAM folder and DELETED folder are NOT getting these emails instead of my INBOX. What else should I check on my end? Frustrating as I was depending on these. (I do use the app, but prefer my desktop machine.) Thanks for your thoughts/help!
Those emails are auto sent but sometimes get hung up in servers.
Add the email address to your "Safe Senders" list. It should be an option when moving those messages from the Junk section to the Inbox.
