I've never heard of that!  Sending--yes, but as @NanaLetha  says--how do you know you are not getting messages if you can't get them?

The message symbol was On. When I clicked on it, nothing happened.

I contacted a seller and we were coresponding and than I couldn't receive her message

I received a message after I contacted the shop. Then I couln't open it.

This has happen to me also. My client and I were communicating just fine until the last message that took 5 hours to deliver. The same thing is happening today. We are working on 2 commission paintings. I sent an important message very early this morning and I still haven’t heard back. I’ve had other clients complain that they weren’t able to send. This is a real problem.
