Re: help please

It's doubtful that Etsy will help you since some of your items appear to be illegal counterfeits. In order to put your shop in good standing with Etsy you need to remove all copyright/trademark infringing items.

Regarding the refund, you could try reading this by I'm not sure if it applies to your particular situation: http://www.etsy.com/uk/legal/policy/purchase-protection-program-for-sellers/34509585385

Re: help please

In addition to selling illegal counterfeit, you gave no shop policies so no seller protection. Etsy nearly always sides with the buyer if you have no policies.

Betreff: help please

You really need to delete all the items you made using other companies intellectual property. It is illegal to sell those and any buyer can open a case against you and will always win no matter what.
Using Disney, Starbucks, Harry Potter, etc. in anything you sell can even get you sued in a court of law. Making these things for friends and family is ok but as soon as you sell it it becomes illegal.
I can hear you say that so many other people are doing the exact same thing. Yes, well they just haven’t been caught yet. There are hundreds of shops being shut down every day without ever being able to reopen again. Do you really want that hanging over your head, wondering if you’re next?

Re: help please

What really gets me about this is that the OP clearly knows they shouldn't be selling some of this stuff as they have deliberately misspelt some of the names to try and hide from any sweep of those names - see the 'Harry Potterr', 'H4rry P0tter' or 'Babyy Yodaa' items for example.  It's bad enough when sellers haven't read the rules, but to have read them, understood them, and be trying to get round them is disgraceful.

@CatsWhiskersCurios  I know, I noticed that too and completely agree with you. It makes it so much worse.
