Messages state not responded to, but they were

Hello,

I'm new to Etsy- going on my 3rd month- and am striving for that star seller badge- It says I have 2 messages that were responded to after 24 hours- but that is not true- I have the messages, now it is lowering my percent, therefore not allowing me to meet the 95% for star seller badge- I answer all messages with in 10 minutes, unless I am sleeping, and that is only for 6 hours-

Any advice is welcome,
