having trouble contacting anyone at Etsy to ask questions.

Can anyone help me?  I can't send an email because I don't have a taxpayer ID number..... I don't even know what that is.  I can't request a return phone call because they don't give me enough spaces to write my full phone number.  There is no way to get hold of anyone!!  Can anyone help me???  TIA

It is your IRD number, you need to enter this or you face the chance of your account/shop being suspended
