My Star Seller shipping says there were 3 orders that did not have tracking numbers.
2806138181-Ordered Feb 26. Marked complete Mar 10. I sent shipping notice but must have left out the tracking number. It was delivered.
2841451770-Ordered Mar 27. Marked complete Mar 10. I sent shipping notice with the tracking number on Mar 30. It was delivered.
2845900994-This order was refunded.
We've double-checked the orders you've provided, and we can confirm that the canceled order isn't affecting your Star Seller anymore. We can also see that you didn't add a tracking number on one of the order which is why it is affecting your Star Seller. Lastly, regarding the order that have a tracking number, it appears that it can't also be tracked on the carrier's website.
It is possible that the number entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Or the wrong carrier may have been added or chosen. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

The first order -- it didn't have a tracking number, so it will count against you. Getting delivered doesn't change anything.
The second order -- did you enter the tracking number within Etsy's system? Or did you send it to the customer separately?
The third order -- you must not have canceled the order. Refunding without canceling does not complete the order.
The second one was entered normally in the Etsy system.
The third one was cancelled and refunded.
Did you enter the tracking numbers for each sale? If not, this is on you.
I don’t know about the refunded order. That doesn’t seem right. Maybe u need to also cancel it?
I think there’s some chance that if you “fix” these issues now (belatedly), your star seller status will update. Can u still enter the tracking numbers? Can u still cancel the refunded sale?
I only missed the first one.
The refunded one was cancelled so had no tracking number.
The second one did have the tracing number.
If you left out the tracking number on the first one then that one is missing the tracking number right?
The 3rd one- Is it still in your open orders? did you also cancel the order? Or did you just issue a refund? Refunding does not cancel an order. If it was canceled it would have moved to completed orders.

Note that they probably won't make any changes to star seller bits.
The first one was missing the tracking number but the shipping notice was sent and it arrived within the time frame. The second one had the tracking number. The third one was cancelled and refunded, therefore no tracking.
Ok so the first one is correct then, it is missing the tracking which is part of the requirement.
Is the 3rd one in completed orders or still in open orders?
If the 2nd had everything entered correctly and the 3rd is in completed orders and was actually canceled not just refunded then you should contact etsy support and see if they can help. None of us here can fix it for you. We can only guess at the issue or make suggestions.

How mod i contact Etsy support? I went around in circles trying to do that. it used to be easy. Something changed.
First of all, why are you manually adding tracking numbers?
You can buy a good printer at Walmart for about $40 - over a few months what you save on printing the labels thru Etsy or Pirate Ship will pay for the printer and all of your tracking numbers will be automatically added to the order.
I drop ship most of my orders through POD's. They give me the tracking numbers when they ship and I pass them on to the customers.
I think what happened my order that was refunded is that I didn't mark it cancelled. I just did that.
