glitch in links from dashboard

This morning I have in my " recommended for you" on my dashboard 2 links. ! regarding insights for trends and another on reusing items in your shop. When I click on the I get a red banner with this message -

This content may only be intended for Etsy Sellers. Log in to the Etsy Community Space. If you are still unable to access this content after logging in, then you do not have sufficient privileges to perform this action.

Clearly there is something wrong as I am a seller and already logged in to my shop.

When Etsy changed the Forums last month, many sellers were unable to access all sections.  Contact Etsy at the address here:

@ThePreciousHare  you must be logged into the forums not just your shop.

@ThePreciousHare Hi Shirley! This is just another one of those changes that Etsy made that doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
