Cannot create custom listing

I cannot create custom listing. When I add all informations of listing and click “send private listing”, there is red bar at top of the page with “Please fix the following errors in order to send your private listing:

• Server Error”

Please fix this problem.

Make a reserved listing instead.

The "custom listing" feature has not worked correctly for quite awhile now ...

Most sellers just create a normal listing and put a "reserved for XXX" as the title and then something like "as discussed / agreed upon via convo" as the description, add shipping info and then send the listing link to the buyer.  Doing it this way allows you to create & make any edits necessary before sending it to the buyer.  Good luck!
