Some items in my store are eligible for free shipping. I am not suggesting this. Why your site's support service is not working A week ago I sent an email and took screenshots of the page where I have disabled a free shipping guarantee option. So far, no one has answered my request and the buyers can buy goods without paying for delivery. What's going on with the site?
Have you added a shipping profile that properly charges shipping? It's not enough to turn off the FSG, you also need to set up a profile to accurately charge shipping, otherwise it defaults to free.
Your items are not showing as free shipping to me. They all say shipping is $4.80.
I only scrolled through about 3/4 of your items so which ones are you seeing as free shipping?
@LeParisMetro When the OP first posted, there were several listings over $36 that still had free shipping. The OP most likely added shipping to those listings since then.

Etsy screwed me on two orders with combined items. I have NEVER turned on free shipping guarantee on multiple items (all my items have PAID shipping) which Etsy support is telling me I did. I freaking hate this site and can’t wait to have my one website. I now have lost money because I have to pay for shipping.
I see free shipping on a lot of your items. Mostly the low price stickers. Not free shipping over $35 but totally free shipping. It looks like you need to check your shipping profiles for those items if you want to charge shipping for them.
