Star Seller but rating is listed incorrectly

So I have consistently earned 5 star ratings but Etsy shows my rating at 4.8. I am rated as a Star Seller. How could this be and how do I correct it?  How do I contact Etsy?  what is their support email address?  Any help would be appreciated.

@PoppysQuest: Well you did have a 4 star in September. If you are referring to the current period (for January star), you can double check the calculation by clicking on the reviews card on your Star Seller page which will show you a breakdown of the reviews used in the calculation.

Make sure you are not looking at the current running total. There is a "last period" tab there to click for the star you have this month. What they show in star stats is what you are currently running.

Your shop's star rating is calculated for 12 months.

Your shop's Star Seller rating is calculated for 3 months.

They are different.

You are showing all 5 stars on the left beside your avatar.  I suspect what you are looking at is the canned blurb for each criteria on the right hand side, which simply reiterates the requirements for each.  For messages that is 4.8 or higher, 5 stars IS 4.8 or higher.
