Hello everyone. I have been selling on etsy since January of this year. I received an email from etsy requiring me to update information. When I checked, etsy was asking for my ID to be uploaded and for the phone numbers of my company and myself. As soon as I entered that information, I went to check in the marketing section of etsy account since I pay advertising on a daily basis. When I did that, it indicate that my store was placed on vacation mode by etsy while it verified the information (same info provided initially). I was just starting to received multiple daily orders, and this is going to adversely affect my business. I assume that having the store on vacation mode will bring down the listings once the vacation mode is removed by etsy. How long does this verification process take? I need to be able to start selling right away. Why is the system not allowing me to chat with etsy rep? Also, will this temporary vacation mode adversely affect where listings will be placed once etsy removes vacation mode? I have worked so hard to get to this point, and have 1300 listings. Please advise. Thank you.
