I'm experiencing the same issue that a few other sellers have described with ID reverification failing and being placed on vacation mode.
I'm operating through a previously verified LLC. I'm located in the U.S. and I only sell here.
I received the notice to verify my seller info in order to comply with the INFORM Act and when doing so, was prompted to verify my ID once again. Upon supplying the requested documentation, I was instantly notified that it was rejected and my shop was placed on vacation mode. I've since re-uploaded the docs and waiting upon review.
Has anyone found a timely solution to this issue?
