first time order but not work

I received the order and the customer has made the payment, but when I was asked to confirm the payment, the contact center asked me to transfer all funds from my bank account to my credit card. Until today I still have not received a clear confirmation from Etsy.i hope clear guidance from etsy about order process

This is a scam! Don’t click anything…just report it and move to your spam folder

I hope you didn’t do this.  You don’t have a sale- this is a scam that is often tried on new shops…the message is not from Etsy and you don’t have to transfer any funds.  Etsy has all the information they need.

If you did transfer all your money, call your credit card provider NOW.   You need to let them know you were scammed.

Genuine messages from Etsy will appear in the 'From Etsy' folder of the Etsy message inbox. All other messages are from potential buyers or scammers. Don't click on links in messages. If you have lost money you need to contact your bank/credit card provider immediately.
