Why can't I get help from Etsy Support?

Hello.
The topics I open for help in the support area are closed as concluded without any support. Why can't I get support or help from Etsy?
I am quite new here. When I was writing my credentials, I saw that my last name was written twice and I wanted to correct it. I wrote my ID number in the wrong place and my store was badly affected. I want to correct it but it won't let me.

Go to Shop Manager - Finances - Tax and Legal Information - Legal Shop Information - Click Edit and make your changes and Save or Submit.

@ahsendecor  Could be the time you are requesting help. Did you try more than once? Also, please add Turkey underneath your shop name by going to your Profile Account Settings > Public Profile.

I have tried more than once, yes. I will add country information as you said. but why can't I get help?

Ik heb precies hetzelfde, alleen dan bij mijn informatie 'over'. Daar staat nog informatie over mijn vorige Etsy shop en ik kan het zelf niet verwijderen. Inmiddels heb ik iemand bij Etsy 'te pakken' die het hopelijk kan fixen.   Succes!

@ahsendecor  You need to select Still Need Help. I can't see what you're clicking on but try that.  If you have a verification issue support can't help you. I'm surprised with you placing your ID in the wrong place, and name that you entered twice, that your shop hasn't been placed on vacation mode by Etsy.

Maybe etsy turns a blind eye to shops selling trademark infringement.

@ahsendecor  If it's grey and you can't change then only Etsy can help you with this.  How are you "creating support requests" ?
