etsy support not responding

Hello, 20 days ago my best-selling personalized leather bags were removed by Etsy. I wrote an e-mail explaining that the design of my bags was mine and that the personalization was done by me in my small workshop, but I have not received any response from Etsy support for 26 days.I would be very happy if you could help me. Because I put my Etsy shop into pause mode due to this problem.

Reverse image search the photos in the listing that was pulled.

Are they also on Temu or Aliexpress?

Etsy has programmed bots to automatically remove items that have photos found on other websites like those.

It is up to you to protect your intellectual property rights and go after the photo thieves. 

Plead your case with Etsy. Prove that you are the one making and designing these items.

I've had a few listings removed in error before. I find that going on chat is a good option. Although they do have to refer it, they do tend to refer it to the right department.

This happened to me at the beginning of January.  I’ve spoken to Etsy support, have sent endless messages and documentation evidencing the fact my items are handmade by me and that the photos are my IP.  6 weeks later I’ve had no response despite support saying they would escalate my case as they can see it’s an error.  My shop is now pretty much dead.  Sold here since 2008 and I’m beyond devastated at the lack of support.
