My shop is suspended. Why?

I’ve been on Etsy since 2015, a star seller, and I thought that this wouldn’t affect me -I think there is nothing in the store that violates Etsy's rules, there are no disputes and no debt. Only notebooks that I make entirely myself.
In my second little store, a case was opened and immediately closed, as a result, a debt appeared on my account and my second store was suspended. I quickly paid off this debt. Within 24 hours the store was open again. But my first store suspended with the message Shop advisor:
"There’s a brief delay in your scheduled deposit"
I contacted Etsy support and they told me they would sort it out. But now I don't know what to do. My store has been closed for several days now. Everything is fine with the bank card. All listings are deactivated. I can’t withdraw money and I don’t know how long this will last. I have not received a single email from Etsy why my shop is suspended.
Have any sellers experienced this?
How long should I wait for an answer - a week, a month, 3 months?
Can anyone give me advice on whether I should continue writing Etsy?
I would be grateful for your advice.

Just stay with one ticket. And it may also be that you haven't declared your second shop on this one. It is a requirement.

It would be better to have it in an announcement or an "about" page so it is obvious.

"If you choose to run multiple shops on Etsy, you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account. Each account must also comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy. "

But I agree, you may as well keep viewers in your own shops as much as possible. I include my other shop in my announcement, profile & about. I'm only too happy to combine shipping between both shops.

Is the shop your posting from the first shop or the second? I don't see any mention of another shop in the one you're posting from.

It can take 10 days or more for them to reply. Only reply from the I Still Need Help link in their first reply. Otherwise, they will close the older claim and treat the new inquiry as a new problem, and kick you to the back of the line to start over. You will likely get several form letters before a real person reviews it. One might even say their decision is final. Just keep replying from the I Still Need Help link until they solve your problem.

I found your other shop selling full-size notebooks very similar to the mini notebooks in the shop you are posting from. It's possible Etsy saw this as having duplicate shops.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Perhaps Etsy thought so, but I deliberately divided the store so that there would be pendants with keychains separately. I started adding necklaces made from other materials to this store. it should be a store with small items.
I starting to think that Etsy might not open my main store for this reason. What to do now...
