I used to be able to have live chats with etsy and it doesn't seem to exist anymore. I have written them and don't always get a response. Does anyone know something that I don't.
Anyone know what can i do if the chat isn't working? i could talk with someone in october, but since that chat i can't talk with someone else. i opened the chat several times, but alway can see that last chat. so i tried to close the website, open it again, tried in other pc, other phone, app or website. etc. etc... but never can't contact with someone else. I also tried sending them an email, but without an answer. i contacted them by X, so someone asked me what's my store, but never reply me again. idk what else i can do
@SpiritWorldbyHeatherSo glad the chat bubble on the right hand corner worked for you, and you spoke with a human being. I don't know why it didn't work for me. Must be an Etsy glitch.
Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
