I am having issues on the app today. When I click on tracking details, the Etsy seller menu shows instead of the tracking info.

You cannot disassemble the USA in your shipping options ... all 50 States are eligible for the $35 Free Shipping Guarantee!

Yes, info shows first and then you need to click on the tracking number.  They changed it some time ago.

You have no sales so there would be no tracking.

And as a US seller you have to sell to all 50 states and outlying regions like Puerto Rico.  If you try and ignore Hawaii and Alaska by refunding, Etsy will take action calling it fee avoidance.
