last weeks often the platform calculates in a wrong way the estimate delivery time. The issue is that that date is too sort.
The main problem is, that when this date past, the buyers ask for a refund...
I have already chat with support team three times in the last days. They have checked and prove that everything is correct from my side. Also accept that it's a system issue.
At the moment Etsy technical team hasn't resolve this problem.

I've been experiencing this also. Etsy will show customer should receive item next day. This has happened when customer makes purchase on Saturday.
My is the opposite it's showing a month from the date purchase for to this I am not getting sales
At least for me it happened the last 30-40 days. Before that, I hadn't had such a problem in the last three years...
The next question is when they will fix this issue.
I'm just starting on Etsy. The first product I have ever put on has not got the correct estimated delivery. It hasn't added in the processing time. How do I contact Etsy Tech support?
At first try the support chat. Normally they will guide you.
2 different orders, same destination, two totally different estimate delivery times....
Any luck to fix it?
