email problem was solved

Yesterday, when I tried to sign in to etsy, I kept getting a message that my password needed to be reset and I would receive an email with instructions on how to do it.  I tried at least 10 times off and on yesterday, to no avail.  I looked up etsy on Twitter and sent a tweet.  I received a response very quickly that my problem was mentioned to the support team.  I know my email was working, because I got a generic email from etsy later in the day about the community updates.

When I logged in on etsy this morning, I again got the message about my password.  I did get an email this team and was able to change my password and sign in.  I don't know if someone on etsy fixed the problem on the company end, or if it was just a glitch that resolved itself.  Anyway, I am glad to say that my page is working again.

I know that the first response to etsy email questions is to look in the spam folder.  Well, I looked there several times and there was no message there either yesterday.
