PayPal Error

Hi! I’m new to Etsy sellers and I got a message from someone who tried to purchase my first shop order. When they tried checking out, they got an error saying that their order couldn’t be submitted to PayPal. They tried a few different times and still got the same error. Has anyone else had this problem?

Could be a problem with the buyer's card. There is nothing for you to do. And while you are waiting, get your policies in place for your protection. BTW, your art is so vibrant; good job!

if they are using the app it is known to be glitchy.  if they don`t have a computer laptop etc they can access etsy by a web browser on their phone.  if they aren't using the app then I don`t know what's wrong.
