Hey all!
We're currently aware of on issue that can make it appear that Messages sent to Buyers via the Order page aren't being sent. Please know that these Messages are actually being sent, they're just appearing in an older Message thread.
There's a team currently working on updates to this experience so it's clearer that Messages are being successfully sent.
