email order notification

Has Etsy stopped sending order notifications by email. For 10 tears I/ve always received email's on orders and get the cash reguster sound. I haven't received them for the last 3 orders and can't get an answer from support.

It's a gret feature that alerts you when your working in your shop or otherwise.

They have not stopped sending them. Those emails are auto sent. I always log into my shop 2-3 times per day just in case.

Have a look at this forum thread - I reckon it's an Etsy mailserver config issue that's causing / contributing to the problem.

i have not gotten those emails for over a year now. looking through the forums, there are several posts from other sellers with the same issue. not sure of the cause, but some accounts still get them and some don't.
