I have contacted each and every customer when an order is placed, when to expect the item will be posted with the Post Office and then when it is posted before the order is completed.
I get a certificate of postage for every order.
You have listed I have 6 items with no tracking.
I do everything with the post office and everything is dispatched correctly.
If you look on the feedback some of those no tracking items have even had positive feedback.
This is not acceptable. My dispatch and tracking should be 95%.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone.
Not impressed with this side of Etsy.
Could you please sort things out for me please?
I have wasted 5 hours at least trying to sort it out.

The forums are only other sellers, NOT Etsy support. You need to contact Etsy from your Shop Manager, Help, Contact Us.

We can’t sort this out for you because we are Etsy shop owners just like you
@heartycards: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"? Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. What happens if you click on the tracking number link from the order?
A order still in "pre transit" usually means that the tracking information AS ENTERED cannot be validated.
An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
