My phone number format is incorrect how can i modify it? i do not receive code on my phone so i cannot log to Seller App, can someone please help?

Problem is solved, i could connect to the app, thank you all for your support.

My issue was solved in a different way: first, Etsy support cancelled two-factor authentication for my account as I was no longer receiving the security code via text on my phone and was locked out. Then, I reinstall two-factor authentication by asking to receive the security code via phone call ... and although text no longer worked, audio worked!
So, my advice would be, if text/sms do not work, try audio call if ever you still have some backup codes left - it will also recreate 10 new backup codes every time two-factor authentication is turned on. As the audio security code call is short, please make sure to be ready - loud audio, pen, paper... whatever it takes
Again, this might not help all the (too many) sellers that seem to be affected, but just in case it helps or can reduce stress for some.

I'm sorry that I don't have a solution but hopefully someone from Etsy can look into whether there's an issue with some sellers in France receiving security codes.

Thank you, yes i have seen a few more other french shop owners having the same problem due to the non receiving the phone confirmation, but i still didn't find a solution. Do you know how I get to contact Etsy Staff? I don't find a way.

you would have had 10 codes to use in emergencies like this, so use one of those

Since you're a star seller, you should have access to the Etsy chat for support under you shop menu (little bubble on the right bottom corner)

Yes, this is very concerning; the same happened to me this morning. It seems Etsy has changed the telephone format for France: instead of +33 xx xx xx xx x, they are sending a message to +3 (3xx) xxx-xxxx and my phone could not receive the code and I was locked out. Connecting via the app., using one backup code or disabling 2 factor authentication,... are temporary ways to log in but this issue needs to be solved - I am in contact with Etsy support and they were helpful to find a temporary way.

Thank you, very useful information, my problem has been solved, i tried multiple times and did not receive message, then tried an other day and it worked. Now i am in contact with an etsy seller who can not solve her similar problem with her phone number and cannot contact Etsy Stuff, how do you contact Etsy Support when you are locked out?

Often it is the service provider
contact the service provider, and they can check if there is anything "stuck" they can unstick old ones,
turn your phone off and on again
ask get the next code, be ready to phone the service provider and unstick the next one, before etsy times out
re-generate 10 new emergency codes and keep in a safe place

@LePetitParisBoutique The Etsy Seller who is locked out can try: go to "help" "trouble signing in" "I still need help" "I still need help"... and email us will be proposed...
