customer says item not available- customer attached a photo of the message she receive when attempting to purchase an item. Her screen said in red that the item was not available. I checked into it. On my end there is nothing wrong with the listing at all that would cause her to not be able to purchase it. ? what might the problem be here. ?
It would help if you would tell us what the item is so that we could check it on our end. And where the customer is located...maybe in another country?
