I made a custom DIGITAL private listing for a customer, she purchased it & I immediately emailed it to her.
Upon completion of the order I was asked to provide shipping/tracking info... even though its digital.
Because I couldn't provide shipping/tracking my shipping/ tracking percentage took a BIG HIT. Now I'm no longer eligible for Star Seller next month, Otherwise my percentages were 100%. I've worked soo hard to achieve Star Seller... Is there anything I can do??
Custom order from message can only be a physical listing. It does not work for digital.
Instead create a made to order digital listing.
