Off Site Ads Page Throwing Errors

The Off Site Ads pages is showing that we are being charged for an off site ad but the detail section (where it shows you 'Advertised item', 'Date clicked', etc) is throwing the "Whoops! Something went wrong on our end, please try again." error for several hours now.

Hi Etsy support would be happy to look into this and resolve. Have you tried a different browser?

@SVGRox: Thank you but we are running several operating systems and at least four different browsers.

This is a BACKEND error: "Paused on exception Error: Could not get ExternalAds orders page data."
