Hello, recently I've found out that my two listings from my shop was removed by etsy because they think we violated the creativity standard rules, and I tried to reach out to them many times for what is exactly the problem, but I kept getting the automatic message.
I did read Etsy's creativity Standard Rules many times, but still don't get why they removed my two listings because they seem find to me.
I make, design, handpick, source everything with my selling items. And this is so not okay with me because the two listings that got inactivated are my best selling products from my shop.
I really need help. Customer Service Center clearly is not helping.

Unless you received an email detailing the reason for removal, it is difficult to understand why your listings were removed.
Many sellers have had listings removed in recent weeks. Could your images have been stolen by other websites?
Your policies may have caused an issue as they are not legal. It is illegal to mislead consumers by displaying you do not accept returns & refunds. It is a legal requirement to accept returns.
You do not have a legally required privacy policy in place (this is not a section to put a note to buyers that they pay for shipping returns)
By law you also have to display a right of withdrawal and all your details including your name and contact details.
So the removals could be a mistake or any of the above mentioned points
You should reply to the automatic message or Etsy will close the matter.
It is likely your images have been stolen and your item is being sold elsewhere. The forum is full of similar posts so have a read to see how to resolve it.
