Star Seller Badge Earned but Not Recieved

Last month my shop stats were 100% on response and shipping as well as 5 stars in reviews but didn't get a start seller badge. Today, Oct 1 our stats are still meeting the standards in all catagories but still no star seller badge appears. 

My staff and I made it a goal to earn this recoginition and I must say it's dishearting to see the effort we all put forth not count on our Etsy shop. 

Please review our stats and let me know if there's something we are missing here.

@TerrazaStainedGlass: "Please review our stats ..." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

You are missing one of the badges - the on time shipping badge.

Check your files to see which orders haven't been shipped on time, or are missing tracking.

It has been glitchy recently, so Etsy mght have made a mistake. Unfortunately, they can not and will not fix it, even if it was their fault.

This is a bit of a shame really considering us sellers not only pay on average 35% commission, when factoring in ads but also bring in the money from Etsy buyers. I've managed to lose my Star Seller badge through just two customers having a negative opinon. I've now lost over £200 per week just because I've managed to unintentionally upset two customers out of hundreds.

Sorry, not related to your question because I can't see behind the scenes and don't have an answer, but it's required to disclose your staff as shop members.

The chat feature isn't available for me for some reason? I've emailed my concerns already as well as having a ticket open for another issue but nothing is happening with this. I feel quite neglected as a UK seller to be honest lol

You are missing the "ships on time with tracking"

I sell digital items and have never earned that Shipping Badge, but have consistently earned the Star Seller Badge...
