captcha - pls get rid of it or fix it....

sometimes takes up tp 10 tries to get etsy captcha to work. just keeps going in circles. doesn't matter which browser or OS I use, windows or android. pls  fix your etsy captcha system or get rid of it. btw just started seeing this etsy captcha recently.

I've never seen a captcha request on Etsy. Do you have two factor for logging in? Does this happen when you try to access Etsy ever time? Are you on your app on the phone? Maybe this is an issue with your device?

I'm not being glib, just trying to figure out why this is happening to you.

Perhaps you could ask etsy why it is doing this?  Who wants to take a half an hour to get into an account here? It is ridiculous to treat customers this way. and it still goes on.

I get it on Chrome..so I use MSEdge. I agree..it is ridiculous..pick the bikes..well that is a moped..is that a bike? Pick  all the palm trees ..9 blurry photos.. Pick the traffic lights..well does that include the pole?  It is ridiculous..or maybe I am a robot.

LOL--I am exactly like you--I tend to overthink it--and yup--those traffic lights drive me nuts--as do the  taxis and busses. Is that a taxi or just the fender of a yellow car.  Does the pole count and on and on.  Ridiculous!

And yes, I will get it on Chrome but not Foxfire so guess which browser I use!

worse than ever today. based on lack of response or repair it is appears that etsy is not gonna fix this issue. one wonders if anyone at etsy even reads the forum
