For some reason I cannot upload a video with the rest of my photos when creating a new listing. I have uploaded videos in the past. I don't get it! Help! Any reason y'all can think of why this is happening and suggestions are welcome!
Could it be a file size issue? I've just started using videos and I have had a few that were too big so I had to retake them. Kind of baffling though because I replace one ten second video with another ten second video and one works and one doesn't.... (?) I do this on my phone BTW, using the web version. The seller app never does what I want it to so I've pretty much given up on it and just use the web browser.
Yeah, I've taken more than one video for my shop with my iPhone and they have all been fine. This one, however, says it is a QuickTime video which is new and I have no idea why. I'll just have to retake it unfortunately. Thanks all!
