cannot create new listing

Feeling frustrated... first I find out my account is in the reserve, which was annoying and now for 2 days I cannot create a new listing!   Have a bunch of people waiting on listings and every time it is this error... I'm on a computer and tried different browsers.. what's going on? I'm going to just give them my venmo or paypal I guess. This is very annoying. Does it have anything to do with my reserve or just another issue?

Please fix the following errors in order to send your private listing:

Are you having trouble creating all listings or just custom listings? If just custom listings, create a regular listing and put reserved in the title and info in the description along the lines of, you will cancel the sale if the buyer is not the customer the listing is intended for.

Hi so the regular listings work it looks like, but the private ones don't work

I am having issues creating new listings and mine aren't custom.

Same problem. Cant create regular listings or custom orders either.

I can't create new listing also. I'm having this error message "There was an error saving your listing. Please try again." Restarted, logged in and out, cleared cache, did everything, still nothing. Etsy please fix this!

I'm in the same boat, just regular listings and the same error. Is there a way to notify etsy? I wonder if it's across the board or just random shops?

Same. Came to see if it was a bug. Seems like it! I hope they fix it soon!

Same problem here. Cannot create a new listing. This is the error I see when i check the browser inspector. But my items are all digital! I do not ship anything to the customers.

error: "Resource Shop_Shipping_RequestInput_Profile missing field: origin_country_id"

I hope this will help the developers on Etsy to fix the problem.

Same problem, cannot publish a new listing.

I can create it, edit it, but cannot

save as draft, publish it or anything.

Only action I can take is to cancel it.

Is there a work around? A different way to do this to get the same results?

it worked on my phone but not computer. but that kinda sucks bc I prefer using the computer to make listings

I've been having the same issue for a few days now.  My store is print on demand so I thought it was an issue with the print providers website but it's not.  The iT person said it could be an issue related to the return policy not being set up properly.  He said he has seen similar issues due to this after API version update. My return policy is set up but my privacy policy is not. wondering if that could be the issue? Did you get your issue resolved yet?
