business entity document verification

I'm hoping I can get someone's attention and get some help.  I have a successful Etsy shop for 3 years with over $32k in sales.  I started it under my name but have started an LLC and submitted the proper paperwork on Jan 31.  They put my shop on vacation mode and I haven't heard anything as far as how long this will take to review.  I am desperate to get my shop back up, I'm losing money by the day, and have found no way to find someone to communicate with about the issue.  Please help asap!!  Thanks
