the program is not recognizing tracking numbers put into shipping status. there are also bugs in inventory. the new beta system misses tracking numbers and it changes the numbers of items available. i have also experienced the program relisting sold out items.
What beta program?
@DamesoftheNeedle If you are using some sort of "beta program", you need to report problems to the people who set it up. We're just other sellers here.
Beta from a 3rd party? Etsy approved? Any bugs need to be reported to the creator and if Etsy didn't approve it may not work with an Etsy shop.
If you are using Etsy it is a beta program. That is IT language for putting out a software that is not completely finished. They are running two programs old version and new. There is a huge chance of major mistakes when a this is done.

What they are running the entire Etsy on is a beta program since the first of the year. New version old version means they are running an incomplete program. This is quite known by anyone who is in IT

@DamesoftheNeedle "This is quite known by anyone who is in IT " It's quite well known by us experienced sellers here that all Etsy bugs should be reported by an Etsy Support ticket, as they do not monitor the forum for bugs.
Also, since the Support people aren't in IT, you will need a clear and concise post explaining the issue (stick to one issue per ticket; you seem to have jumbled 3 or 4 together here). Your OP is far too vague, as it doesn't address what platform/browser is being used, for example, or exactly what bugs are in inventory. No one, not even in IT, will help you without clear specifics.
