The reviews score in my shop is 4.8 but in the star seller calculation put 4.7 and this month I lost my star seller. How can I put a claim about it?
You have 14 reviews in the last review period for Aug 1st badge, totalling 66 stars = 66/14 = 4.71 average = 4.7 = no review badge and no star seller.
If you see 4.8 in your current review period stats - that's for September's badge.
